  • Allow the Strut team to step in and support you in leading your business. We can work as temporary CEOs to evaluate and problem solve, create solutions, and facilitate execution. We will be available to address any issue, regardless of its size.

    We will collaborate with you to gain an understanding of the current state of your business, identify key areas of opportunity, and develop a strategy to help you achieve your business goals.

    At the beginning of our partnership, we will spend 2-3 days at your head office location. During this time, we will meet your team, understand your product, and delve into the details of the brand and business. Afterwards, we will make regular on-site visits, attend weekly trade calls, initiate monthly business strategy meetings and regular email communication all to support you throughout the partnership.

    We will be the partner who not only identifies areas of opportunity but also accompanies you through the execution process. You will be able to rely on the resources, experience, and expertise of the entire Strut team.

    Minimum-term contracts start from 3 months, although some desired objectives may take longer to achieve.

During the onsite session, you will have the valuable opportunity to collaborate and engage with the relevant members of the Strut team in order to discuss, brainstorm, and refine your ambitious business goals for the future.

    Our Strategy Days offer flexible booking options, allowing you to choose between 1, 2, or 3 days based on the complexity and breadth of the work at hand, as well as the level of support and guidance you require in achieving your objectives.
